

This program puts the barbell in your hands and empowers you to choose your own goals. Whether you want to build raw strength and muscle with bodybuilding-style progressions, or improve your technique and speed with Olympic lifts, you decide your focus each session.
Developing strength means driving up your squat, deadlift, and pressing numbers, which carries over directly to making you stronger and more confident during MetCons. Athletes can expect the body building programming to include barbell, dumbbell, kettlebells, bands and more. Plus, bi-lateral and unilateral work.
On the Olympic side, you’ll refine your snatch and clean & jerk, building speed, coordination, and efficiency. This track focuses on targeted accessory work to develop the underlying strength to improve overall power and strength.
Following either track, Athletes will benefit from the development of lean muscle, essential for leading a long, healthy, and active life.
