Paul joined the CrossFit community in June 2023, and has quickly embraced the dynamic, functional fitness approach that sets CrossFit apart. Growing up with a passion for sports, Paul played baseball throughout his youth and into college, where he honed his athleticism and teamwork.
Before discovering CrossFit, Paul spent many years focused on powerlifting, mastering the foundational lifts and developing a deep appreciation for strength training. However, after transitioning to CrossFit,Paul found the combination of strength, endurance, agility, and mobility to be a perfect fit for his fitness journey. The variety, intensity, and camaraderie of CrossFit have not only challenged him in new ways but have also ignited a love for training that goes beyond traditional lifting.
As a coach, Paul brings his wealth of experience in both powerlifting and athletics to his classes, emphasizing the importance of building strength while also developing overall fitness. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to improve your performance, Paul’s guidance and enthusiasm will push you to achieve your goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
