Karen Lavallen

Karen started CrossFit to take care of the boredom of a traditional gym and to help recover from a repetitive injury from long-distance running. Not only did she enjoy the challenge and variety of CrossFit, but it sparked growth outside her comfort zone. Triathlons, hiking, a return to dance, certifications in nutrition and LYT Yoga all have stemmed from her taking her first CrossFit Class. She wants ESCF to be a place where people can find that same spark to grow!
